Within our Classic Rooms in the Captain’s Quarters, two refurbished Victorian houses just next to the main hotel, you’ll find a two ground-floor bedrooms that are fully accessible.
These bedrooms are fully accessible and come with their own private parking spaces, so you can arrive, unload and settle in without any fuss. They sit alongside our other Classic Rooms, which are spacious and light, with original features and antique furniture running throughout. One level, one easy arrival: that’s the idea.

Weekend Visit First Overnight Stay.
Having visited RHB many times, this was our first overnight stay in the Victoria Hotel to celebrate my birthday. It was wonderful! We stayed for two nights in room 1, a lovely cosy room with amazing views from the windows and balcony. We enjoyed an evening meal there on the Friday night and the Yorkshire Beef was fantastic. Breakfast was just as tasty and all of the staff were so friendly, professional and helpful. We can’t wait to stay there again.
