We are very proud of the fact that we source of all products locally, most of them from Yorkshire… and that the standard of our cuisine is exceptional. Since the arrival of Andrew and Gail Fiddler only within the last few months, there has been a transformation of the Hotel and indeed, the Sea View Restaurant. Much attention to detail has been invested in the development of new menus and new dishes to the enhanced standard of cuisine that will that will make our restaurant one of the very best along the North Yorkshire Coast and indeed in North Yorkshire.
